1. Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

·         Cash on Delivery (COD)

·         Online Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank)

2. Offers

·         On advance payments via bank transfer, customers can avail discount, which can be upto 20%. (The discount percentage may vary based on the items selected by the customer)

·         This offer does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

3. Delivery Charges

·         Delivery charges of Rs.300 apply on all orders, regardless of the payment method.

·         Orders are dispatched via M&P courier services.

·         For urgent deliveries within Rawalpindi/Islamabad, we also use InDrive, Bykea, or Yango

Note: Charges to be paid by the customer.

4. Parcel Responsibility & Claims

·         Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier company.

·         In case of parcel damage, loss, or mishandling, we will try to assist and compensate where possible, but The Prime Mall is not liable, as delivery charges are paid to the courier service.

·         Customers must raise any claims directly with the courier company.
